That’s what makes us Roche.As an Application Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers in the Laboratory Network. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of Roche instruments, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide comprehensive training to our customers. By delivering top-notch after-sales support, you will contribute to the satisfaction of our existing customer base and uphold the high standards set by Roche Diagnostics.Your opportunity

Provide expert service and support for Roche instruments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Monitor instrument performance daily and promptly address any obstacles encountered in the field, following escalation plans as necessary.
Conduct thorough training sessions for customers, empowering them to maximize the potential of our instruments and technologies.
Handle instrument and reagent issues both remotely and in person, ensuring smooth operations and installations.

Who You Are:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Technologies, etc.).
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating your expertise in instrument troubleshooting and customer support.
Possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas and work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
