- Collaborating with property agents and other team members to provide seamless and exceptional service to clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and property exhibitions to expand your network and promote the agency's services.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and property information.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
