Job Description -Supervise daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and inventory accounting. -Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. -Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with local and Japanese reporting standards. -Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and compliance matters. -Monitor and analyze manufacturing cost accounting, including BOM, standard costing, and variance analysis. -Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules. -Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with other departments. -Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. -Liaise with Japanese headquarters for financial reporting and group consolidation. -Mentor and develop junior accounting staff. -Supporting GA and admin team -Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Min Diploma/ Bachelor degree from accounting or related major ・Business level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) ・Min 3-5 years experience as Accounting/ Finance or related ・Min 3 years of experience as supervisor from Japanese manufacture or non manufacture industry ・Have strong motivation, analytical and good communication skills
