Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at PT Marsh. This role will be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This role will be part of the leadership team responsible for driving data analytics, business intelligence, and strategic planning to support our consulting services and maintain our competitive edge in the Employee Health and Benefits space. The Strategy and Analytics Leader will also oversee the Mercer Marsh Benefits Consulting Team, focusing on team development, revenue growth, and strengthening MMB’s position as a leading consultant.We will count on you to:
  • Lead the Strategy & Analytics team, providing strategic direction and ensuring high-quality data insights to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the Mercer Marsh Benefits Consulting Team, setting up and developing the team to meet revenue targets and enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with EH&B Team Leaders to align strategies and drive integrated client solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to keep the company ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage and mentor a team in Strategy & Analytics and in Consulting, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Report to the EH&B Country Leader and contribute to the overall growth and success of the EH&B business.
What you need to have:
  • Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and strategic planning within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Health and Benefits industry and consulting services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
