Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead legal counsel for the company, advising management and the Board on legal, governance, and regulatory matters.Oversee corporate secretary functions, including Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of Commissioners (BOC) meetings, shareholder meetings, regulatory filings, and disclosure obligations to OJK and IDX.Provide legal guidance and negotiation support for commercial transactions and EPC contracts across Oil & Gas and manufacturing operations.Ensure full compliance with Indonesian capital market laws, OJK regulations, and oil & gas regulatory framework.Develop and maintain corporate governance standards to align with best practices in public listed companies.Oversee dispute resolution strategies, managing external counsel where necessary.Partner with senior leadership to assess and mitigate legal risks while enabling business growth.Support cross-functional initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor on contracts, compliance, and regulatory risks.Provide startegic advice to the boardLead high value transactionsKey RequirementsMinimum 12 years of experience in legal, compliance, and corporate secretary roles.Proven track record in capital market compliance and corporate secretary functions in a public listed company.Strong background in EPC contracts, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution.Solid understanding of oil & gas regulations and regulatory bodies in Indonesia.Experience in the manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to engage and influence senior leadership, regulators, and external partners.Business proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.Strong leadership capability, comfortable working in a lean organizational structure with direct reporting to the Country Head.Our client is a leading public listed Oil & Gas company with strong operations across Indonesia and a track record of excellence in energy and manufacturing.
