You will be responsible for all matters within Finance, Accounting, Cash Management, Credit Control, Taxation, and audit. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to lead the finance team of a leading multinational mining company.Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial accounting transactions in accordance, with tax, policies, control, and procedures
Manage implementation of the vendor invoice management system to improve key management decision support capability
Enhance and develop key financial performance analysis, including Key Performance Indicators
Provide support in the financial planning and control to the management
Responsibility for reporting period and year-end results in accordance with IFRS and PSAK GAAP and local
requirements.
Develop Accounting Policy and Manual following the completion of SAP and SOP implementation
Manage and develop organization and people capability, mindset, and behavior.

To succeed in this Principal Finance Analyst (Contract) role, you will need to have to have a minimum of 10 years of experience and possess great analytical skills with strong business acumen.Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting with audit experience in a Big 4 firm
CPA/CA certification is a plus
10 or more years of experience including five years as a finance manager in a multinational companies
Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills
Computer literate, advanced experience in Microsoft Office and complex finance systems
Exceptional people person, who recognises valuable resources and can communicate effectively with internal/external clients
Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
Highly effective at managing and improving the delivery of high quality of service delivery to clients
