- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in IT outsourcing and recruitment services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and service excellence.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in IT outsourcing and recruitment services is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of the sales cycle, business development, and account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
