- Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and success.
- Maintain and implement all human resource policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in only top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on skills and cultural fit.
- Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure quality hires.
- Conduct psychological and competency assessments to evaluate candidates thoroughly. (e.g. DiSC, PAPI Kostick, IST, etc)
- Oversee onboarding to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
- Ensure all general affairs (GA) activities are carried out effectively and optimally to support company operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Human Resource and General Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and hiring processes.
- Ability to read and interpret psychological and competency assessments to support hiring decisions. (e.g.: DiSC, PAPI Kostick, IST, etc)
- Ability to assess technical and soft skills effectively during the hiring process.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and attract top talent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
