Description :Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCMM inspector:1Program and operate the CMM (Crysta Apex), Mitrac. Develop and maintain CMM programming according to product specifications2In charge for CMM inspection, incoming, process and outgoing product according to work instruction and applied procedure. MRP gauges inspection, thread inspection etc3Work with operator, regarding setup personnel and machine setup, programming and resolve quality issues4Ensure machining parts are in good condition, withing dimension tolerance and no visual defect before release to production or customer.5Follow up any quality issues and NCR regarding machining activity6Report to Supervisor regarding daily inspection activities or issue7Ensure the machine and program is working properly to achieve the desired product.8Maintain machine calibration to ensure proper measuring and machining activity.9Prepare report QC (Dimension report, machinist inspection report, Fitment and trial report, traceability report, and final inspection report.)10MTC Review11Uploading and maintaining the report per job order number12Prepare route sheet and TPI arrangements if needed.Calibration master1Maintaining and controlling for all equipment and machine calibration.2Perform verification of equipment before using as per work instruction3Performing routine equipment maintenance/calibration check.4Troubleshooting equipment failures/ liaise with vendor if any equipment failure.5Suggesting for calibration upgrades6Liaise with vendor regarding calibration, quotation request and raise PR for calibration.Maintaining the gage pack for calibration date expired date7Ensure that all calibration has being done according to PO, work instructions and applied procedures.8Review calibration certificate9Maintaining the record and history for calibration.10Maintaining the sticker attached on the equipment regarding calibration date and certificate number11Provide calibration certificate if needed12Performing in-house calibration and verification according to Work instruction and procedures.13Make certificate for in-house calibration14Maintaining additional calibration activities and recertification if needed (such as, drift, sling, eye bolt, shackle etc )15Maintaining the condition and availability of our equipment, control the movement of our equipment.16Maintaining the gauge room in proper condition for equipment storage17Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping within designated area, which will include the upkeep of your machine and surrounding floor area.19Accept and perform any additional work-related instructions/activities, to the best of his ability, as determined by the department supervisor/manager.20Comply with OSI Quality Management System, OSI HE&E policy and requirements.Formal Education & CertificationDiploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge & ExperienceFive years of experience as QC Inspector, machining background preferred.Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word).Knowledge of Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CMM, with M Cosmos version 3 software preferred.Ability to train and coach less experienced QC Inspectors.Personal AttributesSpeak and read English fluently.Good interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team, a team player.
