- 🌀 Motion Design & Animation
- Design and animate product explainers, uAsset visualizations, and marketing visuals for social
- Create launch videos, onboarding flows, and animated product teasers
- Use faux 3D or real 3D techniques to create dimensional and dynamic visuals
- Develop motion systems, templates, and style guides for scalable design
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design to translate ideas into clean, crisp visuals
- 📣 Marketing & Product Support
- Create animations that clarify the value of cross-chain trading and onchain liquidity
- Design motion elements for campaigns, social clips, event recaps, and short promos
- Deliver assets optimized for X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and web embeds
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital design
- Experience creating faux 3D or true 3D motion for product or brand content
- Proficient in After Effects, and experienced with tools like Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Able to simplify abstract or technical concepts through clean motion
- Highly organized, collaborative, and confident working in fast-paced content cycles
- 🏅 Bonus: Experience working in DeFi, crypto, fintech, or tech startups
- ✅ A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and your motion design strengths
- ✅ A portfolio or motion reel with at least 2 examples of 3D-enhanced motion work or product storytelling videos
- Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
