Core Product Officer

• Oversee the management and development of the company's core product portfolio, ensuring they align with business strategy and market needs.
• Lead the product lifecycle processes ranging from concept development, product design, and implementation to market launch and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify customer needs and trends, translating these insights into actionable product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to enhance product features and performance based on customer feedback and market evolution.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, setting clear objectives and timelines for product launches and updates.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for core products and implement measurement systems to track performance and user satisfaction.
• Enhance the value proposition of core products by ensuring they fulfill customer requirements and competitive benchmarks.
• Drive collaboration with stakeholders and facilitate communication between teams to ensure product alignment with corporate goals.
• Analyze product-related financial metrics, helping to set pricing strategies and budget allocations.
• Monitor industry and competitive landscape to inform strategic product decisions and maintain market competitiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product development roles, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
