Job Description :
  • Greeting and welcoming patients with sincerity.
  • Scheduling appointments using our designated software.
  • Ensure the client’s appointment goes smoothly and efficiently by working with the appropriate service(s) and keeping the client informed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
  • Informing the veterinarian on a call of any emergencies that require urgent attention.
  • Coordinate with Customer chat in issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation.
  • Receiving and verifying payments after each consultation.
  • Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
  • Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
  • Educate owners and the public about services by describing in detail the different services, procedures, and technology that are available.
Job Responsibilities :
  • Highs school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous front desk/administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with medical billing software is advantageous.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Personable, empathic disposition.
  • Capacity to work well during distressing situations.
  • Ability to work shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
  • Must love animals
