- Dealer Performance: Analyze sales performance and market share of each dealership in your territory.
- Market Analysis: Track and assess overall market performance in your area, including its segment potential. Utilize automotive market data for insights.
- Network Expansion: Develop a data-driven plan to expand the dealership network based on internal and external analysis
- Dealer Development: Monitor and evaluate dealer progress using established criteria
- Sales Team Capability: Ensure the quality and competence of dealership personnel to support strong sales performance.
- Competitive Strategy: Analyze competitor activities and propose countermeasures to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Sales Programs: Develop and implement attractive sales programs like leasing packages, lucky draws, and other promotions to entice customers.
- Sales Team Motivation: Monitor and implement internal programs to motivate frontline teams, such as additional incentives or contests for salespeople, supervisors, and branch managers.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university in related field
- Minimum 15 years of working experience as Sales / Marketing Manager in Retail, Corporate & Fleet and Dealer
- Proven track record of driving the business growth in Sumatera and Kalimantan region.
- Excellence in English verbal and written
- Open to frequent business travel
