- Assist the General Manager in planning and executing the establishment process of the new company, including but not limited to legal, human resources, and administrative tasks.
- Manage the company's human resources affairs, including recruitment, training, employee benefits, and performance management, ensuring the company has an efficient and stable team.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, oversee office operations, and ensure the efficient utilization of facilities and resources.
- Familiarize oneself with local laws and regulations in Indonesia, ensuring the company's operations comply with relevant legal requirements and manage contracts and legal affairs.
- Coordinate collaboration among different departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient teamwork.
- Manage company documents and records, ensuring proper documentation and the security of confidential Information.
- Maintain close communication with the General Manager, reporting on the company's operational status, and providing decision-making support.
- Monitor and timely complete tasks assigned by superiors.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Jakarta, Indonesia, with preference given to those with experience in establishing new companies.
- bachelor's degree or higher in business management, law, or a related field.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and local languages, with excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Indonesia, with a preference for candidates with experience in legal management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and functions.
- Computer skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Owns personal transportation and possesses driving skills.
