Job Description:
Investigate and promptly report any technical issues related to hotels and/or OTAs.
Ensure accurate execution and maintenance of property content across all channels.
Implement technical online promotion programs and optimize content on the website and OTAs for better user experience.
Maintain and update the "Room Availability" document and other related documents.
Manage and update content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTA platforms.
Register new hotels in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA channels.
Conduct thorough investigations and report technical issues from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs.
Collaborate with the connectivity team and eCommerce team to ensure accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.
