- Lead a team of sales manager/sales reps to achieve consistent & strong results.
- Establish a solution-selling mindset and execution in his/her sales team, in order to drive larger deals.
- Establish relationships with senior heads of business (CXOs) in our top SaaS clients.
- Leverage smartly the combined synergy of Oracle's reach in the marketplace
- Minimum 10 years of responsibilities in a sales management contributory role. Experience in SaaS Solutions is ideal.
- Self-motivated and proactive in the development and pursuit of new business.
- Able to manage wide variety of tasks simultaneously, set goals and priorities, and effectively manage expectations, particularly as it pertains to forecasts.
