Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Maintain and update accounting records and databases
Prepare basic financial documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
Assist with data entry and filing
Support month-end closing activities
Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
Assist with monthly financial reporting
Perform account reconciliations
Support budget preparation and variance analysis
Handle fixed asset tracking and depreciation

Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in Accurate Software;
Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting and Finance
