💼 Role: Technical ExecutiveWhat You'll Do:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction or projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and compliance with quality standards. Supervising site activities, coordinating teams, managing resources, and reporting project progress.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and in accordance with quality standards.
- Monitor overall project progress and adjust meet deadlines.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and project personnel.
- Coordinate communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Support and guide the project team to ensure efficient workflow. ·
- Monitor the construction or project work for quality, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Oversee the proper use and management of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure that all materials and resources are available and used efficiently throughout the project.
- Update daily reports to reflect the status of the project, including any changes or issues.
- Identify potential risks or delays in the project and implement solutions to minimize their impact.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to avoid accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Assist in meetings with clients to ensure project expectations and requirements are met.
- Male with min age 25 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 2 year’s working experience in the same field
- Proven experience in project supervision or a similar role, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Have experience Especially project construction (finishing painting / coating)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Good and charming appearance/talkative/communicative
- Good command in English both oral and written is a must
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus
- Have their own car for operations
