- Responsible for building strong relationships across a number of internal function
- Responsible for conducting business talks with partners, signing agreements, and establishing good cooperative relations with partners
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Support partnership managers in the monitoring of the existing partnerships and help prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external circulation
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
- Manage day to day team to ensure impact on the partnership performance
- Willing to work under contract based for 5 months.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communication/Business or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management/Partnership or similar roles will be beneficial
- Familiar with vendor or client acquisition and the required legal necessities
- Basic knowledge of supply chain/logistic/warehouse product and business process
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptive and comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment
- Proactive and good problem-solving skills
