- To undertake industry, operating and financial risk analysis, which are critical to the marketing and review of Corporate Banking borrowings relationship. By thus undertaking the majority of analytical workload, the RMs will be freed up to concentrate in marketing & business development.
- To support Corporate Banking business development plans in corporate banking by proactively analyzing pipeline means and prospects.
- To enhance credit quality and thereby reduce potential loss to the Bank through focused, independent and balanced analyses of credit risk, and in-depth knowledge of industry sectors.
- To achieve quicker credit application turn-around times, enabling the Bank to capitalize on potential business opportunities where the time window may be limited and hence leading to greater revenue generation. RAU will perform full credit analysis (customer/industry) and RM will focus more on relationship and marketing.
- To support product groups such as Treasury Sales, Debt Capital Markets and GTRF by quickly responding to new business referrals, and by identifying customer/industry business opportunities, whilst maintaining a consistent conservative credit culture.
- To proactively detect and communicate early warning signals to RM and further to WCA so that new loan provisions can be collectively minimized. Given the high degree of lending environment risks, RAU is tasked with assisting in proactively tracking higher risk Good Bank accounts.
- To develop industry & sectoral specialization and through effective peer group analysis, identifies bankable names for long-term relationship development.
- To conduct peer group analysis of corporates within sectors to identify stronger and weaker players. These can help RM/WCA in proactively exiting from weaker players and directing efforts to stronger ones.
- To supervise the covenant monitoring mechanism which helps confirm compliance against stipulated financial/operating covenants.
- To effectively manage, train and motivate other RAUs. RAUs are servicing RM marketing teams.
- To implement a productivity-oriented work ethic. Ensuring that existing RAUs consistently manage the projected increase in workload with efficiency.
- To optimize usage of systems such as HUB, KMV, BI Checking, etc. where relevant to the analysis process.
- Indonesian citizens
- Bachelor Degree with min. 10 years of experience in relevant field.
- Analytical skills to analyze complex customers/industry sectors.
- Strong credit skills and knowledge of corporate client products and ability to interpret meaningful information from financial accounts.
- Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship with WSB and customers.
- Good presentation skills, with the ability to present complex proposal in an easy to understand and precise English.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and tight deadline and ability to maintain a high level of intense concentration for a prolonged period.
- Knowledge of Group credit policies, procedures and systems.
- Ability to construct practical financial projection model.
