- Have experience in handling recruitment, training, KPI and other scopes of organization development min 5 years.
- Max age 40 years old.
- Fluent english skill is a must (verbal and written)
- Familiar with processs and implementation of Recruitment Procedure, Training Program Arrangement, KPI, Job Analysis/Job Description, Work Load Analysis, Talent Management and Succession Plan.
- Familiar with HRMS or HRIS.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, Administration, Documentation System
