Validate tax returns:

1) Check data and their tax treatment2) Collaborate to build the French tax consolidation returns

Build local file for Transfer Pricing documentation, gather all data which are necessary to present properly the intra-group flows
Cooperate with tax department (BG and Bayen) to solve any technical issue, and is responsible for escalating any issue when relevant
Prepare with National Tax manager and with the SSC required documentation in case of tax inspections
Cooperate with accounting to build income tax statement (MAF & local) for estimates, reporting, budget and for annual report
Make the tax files available to any request from Tax Authorities or Tax departments (including archives management)
Manage the archives and ensure their availability for all FY opened to tax audits
Require any amendment and cooperates to any evolution of IT systems (SAP, ...) necessary to comply with tax regulations (FEC, ...), to have enable easy access to data or available documentation to support the returns
Deals with any registration or / and returns required by sites (VAT, PE) out of the French territory: gather information and follows up claims for refund
Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Knowledge of tax regulations and tax audit
3- 6 years in similar position from manufacturing background
Prior experience with SAP will be an advantage
Good English communication skills
