QA Testers

• Collaborate with the QA Manager and development team to establish and maintain efficient testing infrastructure within the organization.
• Generate detailed test reports and performance analyses to evaluate product quality effectively.
• Participate actively in the entire software development life cycle, contributing insights and feedback for new features and functionalities.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in testing technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct rigorous testing across multiple versions of our mobile and web applications to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects and bugs to the development team for resolution.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts based on user stories and requirements.
• Track defects and assist in troubleshooting errors throughout the development process.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on schedule.
• Perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product readiness.
• Contribute to first-level support via an automated ticketing system.
• Embrace the ethos of "breaking things" to uncover vulnerabilities and improve software robustness.

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management and experience with bug-tracking systems.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Attention to detail, adherence to test plans and scripts, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in travel system development would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with the following technologies is preferred:

• Python
• MariaDB
• Docker
• GitHub, including Pull Requests and Peer Reviews
• Playwright
