- Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, from client consultations to day-of execution, including budget management and vendor collaboration
- Conduct site visits, create event timelines and floor plans, and oversee venue setup and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage a team of wedding coordinators during events
- Stay current with wedding trends and local customs in Bali, handling last-minute changes efficiently
- Maintain detailed records and create post-event reports
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in wedding planning or event management
- Professional certification in wedding planning (e.g., Certified Wedding Planner) preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of various wedding traditions and customs, particularly those relevant to Bali and international weddings
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with local vendors, venues, and resources in Bali
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus
- Accor hotels background will be an advantage.
