- Facilitate and review annual or and quarterly Corporate Taxes, monthly tax compliances, Transfer Pricing and the accurate, timely filling of the all tax forms.
- Manage and deliver global tax reporting and tax forecast.
- Partnering with stakeholders (local and global) including external parties and provide tax advisory with issues relate with Corporate Taxes and Transfer Pricing.
- Prepare, manage, and ensure adequate supporting documentation is maintained for tax audit readiness.
- Provide supports with various tax audits and special tax related projects.
- Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement
- Bachelor degree majoring in Taxation or Accounting.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a tax manager role. Preferred candidates have certified in brevet (brevet A & B).
- Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company and have tax accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
- A good command of verbal and written English
- Have strong knowledge on Indonesia Tax Laws and Transfer Pricing knowledge.
- Strong experience with a variety of tax operations, handling tax audit process and ability to drive process improvements.
- Strong ability to utilize project management to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of the other tax team members.
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be able to operate Indonesia tax system i.e. e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Bunifikasi
- Strong skill and experience with word, outlook, excel
