As a Compensation & Benefit Manager (Mining), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of the organisation. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of conducting various HR-related services, including but not limited to payroll calculation systems and administration processes. Your expertise will be crucial in analysing and reviewing compensation and benefit strategies, policies and procedures. Furthermore, your understanding of company regulations will enable you to provide valuable advice to employees on any queries they may have. Your role will also involve maintaining key relationships with external customers such as the Department of Manpower, BPJS Institution, Pension Institution and Insurance Provider.
- Conduct services activities related with HR that contain: Payroll Calculation system, Payroll Administration
- Analyse and review compensation and benefit strategy, policy and procedures
- Understand the company regulation related with above area in order to advise employee for any queries
- Maintain key relationships with external customers such as Department of Manpower, BPJS Institution, Pension Institution and Insurance Provider
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards, objectives and regulations
- Manage HR documents and ensure compliance of Employees' Personal File
- Handle the payroll system accurately, including calculations, payments, employees' benefits and taxes such as BPJS, Pension, PPh 21
The ideal candidate for this Compensation & Benefit Manager (Mining) position brings a wealth of experience in HR Services, particularly in Compensation and Benefits. With at least five years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record in payroll and are familiar with using HRIS. Your ability to grasp and understand Indonesian Employment Law along with its principles and concepts will be crucial in this role. A minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required.

- Proven track record in payroll and familiar using HRIS
