Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily maintenance tasks, addressing any technical issues, and supporting the property management team to ensure the villa operates smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and maintain the villa’s electrical and plumbing systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
  • Conduct daily inspections and address any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with external contractors when necessary for more specialized repair or maintenance tasks.
  • Support the property management team in ensuring the villa is always in optimal working condition.
  • Keep records of all maintenance activities and any repairs carried out.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to handle day-to-day operational needs.
  • Familiarity with villa or hotel maintenance operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in property maintenance or hotel engineering.
