Your goal is to create an impactful yet scalable operation process to meet all client's objectives.You will play a pivotal role in driving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of all projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to deliver world-class training to various companies across multiple industries. By focusing on efficiency and effectiveness, you'll drive projects that take corporate learning to new heights.Your responsibilities will span a wide range of areas, from managing all learning management systems (LMS), hiring and enabling stakeholders (instructors & moderators), standardizing and monitoring the quality of all curricula for clients, and optimizing processes by providing data-driven insights through dashboard management.You will report directly to the Head of Business Development & Partnerships and act as the operational right hand for work that involves intricate and multifaceted elements, requiring advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of various interrelated factors. The intricate nature of the work is because we are operating at scale.Requirements
- Project management skills: Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all corporate training. You should have experience in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met. You should be skilled in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Structured and practical: There are a lot of challenges appearing on a daily basis. You'll need to have the ability to structure the problem, prioritize it, and find the most practical and efficient solution to the problem. You also need to assist the team in solving the problems, issues, and challenges that arise during the daily operation promptly.
- High sense of continuous improvement: Look for opportunities to enhance the process through root cause analysis to ensure any bottlenecks are cleared and the process is optimized for key results. You should be skilled in change management strategies, able to lead teams through transitions, and effectively communicate changes in processes or technologies to ensure successful adoption.
- Operational Excellence. You must possess a keen eye for operational excellence, aiming not just to meet but to exceed operational standards and customer expectations. This involves implementing lean management principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance value delivery.
- Structured documentation and reporting. In the end, we need to make sure the operational flow can be scalable through the right iteration. You must be adept at maintaining the documentation of learning operations as it is key to help you lead the improvement.
