- Develop and manage the annual corporate planning cycle
- Review and control departmental budget proposals
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis of budget submissions
- Prepare regular shareholder reports
- Submit LKPM (Investment Activity Reports)
- Provide insights on budget allocation and absorption
- Handle ad-hoc reporting for management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Min. 3 years of experience in corporate planning
- Audit experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to read financial reports (FS, BS, CF)
- Experience in financial forecasting
- Strong cross-department communication & negotiation skills
