2. Resolve industrial relations issues between the company, employees, or third-party partners, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
3. Prepare and provide assistance to parties involved in labor-related matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to relevant laws
4. Monitor and facilitate the implementation of internal work relationship programs between employees and management.
5. Facilitate, monitor, and evaluate employee engagement programs, including mandatory national events, company events (such as anniversaries, employee gatherings, religious events), and employee programs at branches or headquarters (such as sports and other activities).

7. Evaluate the labor regulations and company regulations and socialized it to employees.
8. Conduct employee termination processes, including handling exit interviews, disputes, and labor issues.
9. Lead and manage employee engagement surveys and programs to enhance employee involvement and satisfaction within the organization
- Minimum bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 from Law
- Having knowledge in UU Ketenagakerjaan is a plus point
- Strong in assertive communication and analytical thinking
- Showing excellent personal quality in analysis and judgement, teamwork, and good time management
