DescriptionBASIC MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (BMDP) AGRONOMY aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice. The 10-month programme will be conducted in our plantations ACROSS INDONESIA.Requirement:

Age limit of 26 years old at the start of the programme
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Diploma 4 (D4) majoring in Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Sciences, Agricultural Technology) or Forestry
Minimum GPA/IPK 2.85
Preferably those participated in college organizations such as BEM, MENWA, etc.
Willing to attend training for 10 months and a bond period of two years
Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills Strong team player
Willing to be placed in any of our plantations (Sumatera/ Kalimantan/ Papua)
