- Develop sourcing plans for categories and manage their execution for premium, gifts-n-promos, and semi-permanent POS.
- Identification, evaluation, qualification, accreditation, and contracting of supply chain in in local and regional markets of APAC.
- Development of contractual terms that minimize the company's risk and negotiate opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Effective and efficient negotiation for rate contracts
- Provide expertise on QC testing and globally acceptable certifications.
- Liaise with QA-QC testing agencies and 3rd parties.
- Establishment of end-to-end process from client brief through to final delivery, including quality control and cross-border logistics.
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
- Manage relationships with internal clients.
- Participate in the contract development process.
- 10+ years' experience in sourcing, product development and production with trading and/or manufacturing companies
- Experience in costing, quality, and logistic knowledge for worldwide market.
- Having participated in price negotiation and cost engineering
- Experience on building premium and promotional supply chain including factory visits across APAC region for site inspection and accreditation.
- Understanding of insurance and warranties of various categories
- Having worked with QA-QC companies with complete understanding of Lab testing, and global certifications
- Good command of spoken and written English.
