- Arrange patient medical record files according to a predetermined structure to increase the efficiency of medical services
- Classifying disease diagnoses based on ICD-10, surgical procedures, and medical procedures based on ICD-9CM so that the coding process is in accordance with applicable international standards
- Inputting disease diagnosis codes, surgical procedures and other medical actions into the Hospital information system and/or INA CBG's application so that they can be accessed by departments and/or authorities who need them
- Ensure the completeness of forms and their filling to serve as the basis for quantitative analysis of medical records
- Process statistical data from outpatient and inpatient medical records as a basis for daily, monthly, annual reports and incidental reports according to request
- Checking the completeness of primary data before, during and after treatment to be used as a reference for disease history and patient visit statistics
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
- Diploma (D3) Degree from Medical Records and Health Information.
- Experience with EHR systems, data entry, and maintaining patient records is valuable.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing large volumes of medical records and ensuring efficient retrieval and storage.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
