We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Manager to oversee our operations in Central Java. The District Manager will be responsible for managing branch performance, driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team to achieve company targets. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of the financial services industry (preferably peer-to-peer lending/fintech), and a deep understanding of the Central Java market.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and business performance across assigned districts in Central Java.Develop and execute strategies to achieve loan disbursement, repayment, and customer acquisition targets.Manage and motivate branch/area staff to ensure productivity, compliance, and excellent customer service.Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, communities, and regulators.Monitor portfolio quality, including repayment rates and risk management.Ensure compliance with OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and internal company policies.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in financial services, banking, microfinance, or fintech/P2P lending.Strong knowledge of the Central Java market and local business environment.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in Indonesia (especially OJK rules).Willing to travel within Central Java as needed.Ready to lead and make an impact? 🚀 Apply now and let's grow together!
