It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:Managing end to end third-party invoicing process and hard collection payment reconciliationResponsible to monitor agreement expiry dates and ensure timely renewal as well as organize and archive signed agreements including any related documents according to company regulationsUpdate and maintain trackers related to admin responsibilities such as invoice, contract renewal, third-party onboarding progress, BPO employment status changes etcPrepare and submit regular reports such as invoices, payments, contracts, and other support processes to managerMaintain accurate and up-to-date trackers and logs for internal use and audit supportCoordinate with related function to ensure timely and accuracyRequirements
  • A bachelor's degree from a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years in an administrative or operational support role
  • Proven experience in administrative or financial operations, particularly in invoice processing, document control, payment reconciliation, vendor management is highly preferred.​
  • [MUST HAVE] Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
  • [MUST HAVE] Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (time management, record keeping, multitasking, prioritizing tasks etc)
  • [MUST HAVE] Organized and reliable
  • Good communication skills, proactive follow-up and willing to learn & improve processes
  • Able to handle confidential and time-sensitive tasks
  • Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with certification processes is an advantage
  • Understanding of payment flow, compliance, or audit process is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English is a plus
