- A bachelor's degree from a related field.
- At least 1–2 years in an administrative or operational support role
- Proven experience in administrative or financial operations, particularly in invoice processing, document control, payment reconciliation, vendor management is highly preferred.
- [MUST HAVE] Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
- [MUST HAVE] Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (time management, record keeping, multitasking, prioritizing tasks etc)
- [MUST HAVE] Organized and reliable
- Good communication skills, proactive follow-up and willing to learn & improve processes
- Able to handle confidential and time-sensitive tasks
- Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with certification processes is an advantage
- Understanding of payment flow, compliance, or audit process is a plus
- Able to communicate in English is a plus
