Sales Vendor Management Lead

- Own the headcount fulfillment for the MSME Sales team by leading end-to-end manpower planning and executing vendor management strategies to ensure timely, high-quality headcount fulfillment
- Develop and execute vendor acquisition, negotiation, and management strategies to align with MSME Sales team quality standards and long-term business objectives.
- Oversee and optimize the outsourced end-to-end hiring process for the MSME Sales team business unit, ensuring headcount fulfillment within SLA while improving efficiency and candidate quality.
- Establish a data-driven framework to monitor hiring progress, manpower deployment, attrition trends, and vendor performance, translating insights into actionable process improvements.
- Build and maintain cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders to proactively resolve vendor challenges and drive continuous operational excellence.
- Lead vendor performance governance, including KPI setting, regular service review meetings, and targeted initiatives to elevate vendor service delivery quality.
- Direct contract lifecycle management, from renewals to RFPs, and shape business cases for vendor renewal, replacement, or capacity expansion in collaboration with project leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; majoring in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, HR, or relevant fields
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably experience in various aspects of vendor management, outsourcing management, HR, and operations
- Strong financial analysis skills, ability to build and support business cases
- Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize tasks
- Ability to drive changes successfully and to keep people motivated in a highly changing environment
- Key experience and able to negotiate vendor KPI and SLA's
- Proactive, ability to work in a team, and a strong can do attitude.
