Apply now!Learn more:This position will remain open until filled.Local Applicants WelcomeDepartment: MarketingLocation: Jakarta, IndonesiaReporting to: Trade & Field Marketing HeadRole: PermanentTrade and Field Marketing ManagerAccountable and responsible for trade marketing activities development & engagement based on business objectives and customers' behaviour /needs, and its deployment aligns with business processAs the Trade & Field Marketing Manager in the area of Marketing, you will:Business Process Improvement
  • Review and improve the current business process to align with the company's strategic direction
  • Coordinate with other collaborators to explore business process improvement or integration with relevant systems/platforms
  • Compose the approved business process for new policy development
Trade & Field Marketing Activities
  • Develop offline or online engagement activities for our customers to sustain/increase JTI product availability, outstanding visibility, and product trial
  • Develop a field brief and organize a briefing session as a guideline for the field team on trade and merchandising implementation
  • Engage with related internal and external parties to ensure alignment and implementation to achieve business objectives
  • Actively propose alternatives/innovative/creative approaches based on market practices or relevant industries
Data Analysis
  • Review & interpret data trends or customer behaviour, and compare data results among the regions to gather insights
  • Provide an actionable plan based on the analysis to achieve the critical metric of projects or further improvements
  • Engage with internal or external teams regarding data interpretation & analysis to achieve better field implementation
Team Development & Management
  • Have regular conversations with associates to cultivate an open & honest environment
  • Conduct regular checkpoints to review progress and discuss further solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and or channel management area
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Sales/Trade/Digital marketing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Collaboration SKills
