- Plan monthly content calendars across different platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and brand-aligned content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
- Strategically manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
- Track key metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, website traffic from social, and conversions from campaigns.
- Analyze content and campaign performance to identify what resonates with the audience and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Uphold brand guidelines, core values, and aesthetics in every piece of content shared.
- Schedule, publish, and manage posts using social media tools.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand voice fresh and relevant.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to keep our social presence competitive and innovative.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in lifestyle, hospitality, property or creative industries.
- Proven experience in content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling across platforms with a good eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of paid social media ads (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including campaign setup, budgeting, audience targeting, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
- Strong photography and video editing sensibility is a plus.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
