Such initiatives would include expanding the acceptance footprint for commercial cards and facilitating seamless money movement for our clients using Visa Direct
- Value-Added Services: Grow Visa's portfolio of issuer-focused solutions and broaden the adoption of Cybersource, Loyalty and Risk & Identity suites. Address specific client pain points with tailored VAS Sales Plays to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth, positioning Visa as a leading technology payment company in Indonesia
- Drive Market Growth: Lead client development strategies to expand Visa's footprint, increase PCE penetration, grow seller volume, and boost data processing revenues
- Strengthen Strategic Partnerships: Manage and deepen relationships with top-tier clients-issuers, acquirers, sellers, fintechs, and conglomerates-while driving adoption of Visa's full suite of solutions
- Execute with Strategic Precision: Translate Visa's long-term vision into actionable market plans, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and business priorities

- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams to deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Proven success managing complex commercial partnerships, ideally within payments, financial services, fintech, or digital ecosystems
- Deep understanding of payment networks, schemes, and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to navigate and influence within this landscape
- Strong market knowledge of Indonesia's financial, seller, and digital ecosystems, paired with a customer-obsessed, growth-oriented mindset
- Strategic and analytical thinker who challenges the status quo, drives innovation, and inspires teams to exceed expectations
