
Creative Group Head

- Developing creative ideas and executions in partnership with other creatives, client service and technology departments.
- Work includes, but is not limited to, intensive graphic design/digital video production, campaign creation, from concept to execution across a range of touchpoints (digital, outdoor, in-app, on-ground, etc).
- Lead a team of designers in taking ideas through execution, delegating and quality control, coordinating with project managers, creative leads and client services to ensure fast turnaround and smooth delivery.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, with ability to produce concept sketches and quick concept edits
- Manage the creation of visual assets for static graphics as well as storyboards, animatics, and pre-visualization video edits
- Building and controlling creative output while maintaining and enhancing our creative standards and processes.
- 6-8+ years of experience in a creative role within a multimedia agency, advertising firm, or digital design studio.
- Proven experience working with fast-paced digital brands, especially in e-commerce (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc. experience is a strong plus).
- Exceptionally skilled in visual design, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and creative taste.
- Strong leadership and team management skills; able to coordinate, delegate, and organize resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both internally and with clients.
- Strong understanding of conceptual and strategic campaign thinking.
- Hands-on ability to develop and execute high-quality creative assets.
- Knowledge of design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma, HTML basics, etc.
- A solid grasp of typography, color theory, and information design-both for screen and print.
- Able to adapt creative work to browser/platform constraints while delivering strong user-centered design solutions.
