- Supervise and guide a diverse HR team, ensuring high performance in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Deliver clear, professional communication across all levels, including reports, presentations, and interpersonal interactions.
- Execute strategic HR initiatives with creativity and strong problem-solving skills to support business goals.
- Oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, HRIS, performance management, and compliance.
- Drive HR operational excellence in line with company policies, labor laws, and local regulations—especially within the Bali context.
- Collaborate with leadership on organization development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Support a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
- Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary
- Minimum 2 years in HR, including experience in a managerial role at a 5-star luxury resort or cluster HR setting.
- Solid working experience in Bali is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal communication.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse Human Resources team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- A solid background in Human Resources Operations.
- Demonstrates a high level of creativity and initiative in developing strategic and practical approaches to human resources challenges.
- Holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Psychology, or other relevant fields.
