Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy.
Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions.
Collect, clean, and prepare internal data for model training.
Develop data pipelines and workflows for retaining and monitoring AI models.
Deploy AI models to servers/cloud for real-time use.
Evaluate model performance regularly and apply tuning to improve accuracy.
Conduct proof of concept (PoC) to explore potential AI use cases in web development projects.
Integrate and leverage external LLMs and generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA) to enhance company projects.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless AI integration.
Provide technical documentation and user guides for AI modules.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in data science, AI/ML model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Strong proficiency in Phyton, AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Knowledge of REST API development and web development stacks (PHP, Node.js, JavaScript) for AI model integration.
Experience in building AI projects integrated with web applications (e.g. NLP-based chatbots for websites).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Collaborative mindset and possess effective communication skills to explain AI concepts to non-technical teams.
Adaptable and eager to stay updated with the latest AI technologies.
