- Respond to inquiries regarding employee benefits (Insurance, Flexi Benefits, BPJS, Compensation).
- Manage and oversee administrative work related to BPJS Work and Health insurance.
- Handle reporting and claims for work-related accidents for freelance, contract (PKWT), and permanent (PKWTT) employees.
- Distribute insurance numbers to employees and validate claims for parking, flexi benefits, and internet.
- Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Basic understanding and able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Available to commit to an internship at least 6 months
