Assistant Director Of Sales – Jakarta Sales Office

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the Sales Department including reviewing business status, bookings, and priorities.
• Support the Director of Sales in motivating, coaching, and training team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare and execute effective action plans for prospecting and securing new business.
• Maintain and report accurate records of room night production, revenue generation, and client engagement.
• Actively participate in the solicitation and closing of group and transient business, following established hotel sales standards.
• Promote hotel features and services to potential clients to meet their needs while maximizing revenue.

• Minimal 2+ years in similar position
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales target in Jakarta market
• Excellent communication in English both in verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in an organization of similar standards and in a similar capacity.
