Job Description - Build and maintain strong relationships with machinery dealers and suppliers in Jakarta area - Research and identify new market opportunities to achieve sales targets - Contact and follow up with prospective clients - Prepare well-structured analysis reports by reviewing financial statements and conducting field surveys - Lead, coordinate, and supervise the marketing team to achieve sales and business objectives - Manage accounts receivable in coordination with the collection team to minimize bad debt - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning - Perform other related duties as assignedJob Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field - High conversational English or above - At least 5 years experience in Marketing for Machinery Financing, including at least 3 years in a Supervisory role (Assistant Manager or above) - Has established relationships with Machinery industry players and customers in Jakarta and surrounding areas - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Valid SIM A and ability to drive
