- Lead and support team members to achieve group target and each member individual target
- Manage and facilitate feedback from customers
- Minimum 4 years experience in middle management layer in B2B sales function
- Strong portfolio in B2B sales, in high tech/telecommunication industry
- Strong foundation knowledge in information technology, software and IT Services
- Demonstrate strong strategic sales leadership, team management and ethical conduct
