- Understanding the TURJAWALI principle (Regulation, Safeguarding, Surveillance, and Patrol)
- Identifying and assessing potential Security threats
- Developing and reviewing standard operating procedures for Security
- Developing and reviewing Security Plans (RenPam)
- Familiarity with Security Management Systems (SMS)
- Handling conflicts in the workplace
- Security Personnel Management and Emergency Response Management
- Determining the level of risk and vulnerability in the workplace security
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a background in Law.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Security Chief or Security Section Head in Power Plants, Metal Refining Factories, or Mining Industries.
- Proficiency in Advanced Guarding, First Aid (Level 2), and Incident Investigation (Intermediate).
- Willingness to be stationed at the Workplace Location in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
