Project General Manager - Bandung Luxury Hotel (Contract)

• Lead and manage all phases of the luxury hotel development project on behalf of the owner.
• Liaise and coordinate partnership arrangements with luxury hotel operator.
• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet owner expectations.
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices.
• Provide regular progress reports and strategic advice to the owner.
• Proactively resolve conflicts and issues to maintain project momentum.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager or Owner Representative in luxury hotel or hospitality projects.
• Strong technical engineering background relevant to construction and development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors on complex projects.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and hospitality standards.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take full ownership of project delivery.
