- Architect and design scalable, high-performing frontend systems
- Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions
- Develop complex features, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain frontend tools, pipelines, and infrastructure
- Implement testing, deployment, and monitoring processes
- Document designs, patterns, and best practices
- Research and pilot new frontend technologies
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and product quality
- 9+ years in frontend development with strong OO JavaScript expertise
- Deep experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, VueJS, NodeJS, HTML5, and CSS3/4
- Proven track record in building PWAs and responsive UI for multiple channels
- Solid grasp of asynchronous processing, DOM manipulation, and partial refresh
- REST API experience including Swagger or similar tools
- Skilled in XML/JSON parsing and JavaScript design patterns
- Experience with frontend testing/automation tools (Gulp, Mocha, Karma, Chai, Selenium)
- Background in large-scale, high-performance system development
- Strong eye for UI/UX details and agile development practices
- Excellent communication skills
