This role oversees administrative, financial, and operational functions, ensuring alignment with hospital policies, performance standards, and patient satisfaction goals.Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine or Master's in Hospital Administration.
- Certified in Communication Skills, Quality Improvement, Performance & Financial Management, CME, or TOT.
- Strong data analysis & budgeting skills.
- Adaptable & works well under pressure.
- Active in quality improvement initiatives.
- Min. 5 years of experience in hospital services (esp. outpatient).
